Set up a team, invite players and coaches, and manage access.
Invite players to your team
You invite all your players at once with your team's invite link. Each player uses it to create their own account. 1. Add your players to the team first. Read "Set up your team" for the steps. 2. Click My Club in the menu and pick your team. On your dashboard, the Invite players button below the player list takes you there too. 3. Below the player list you find Invite players. Click Copy link. 4. Share the link in your team's group chat. 5. Players open the link, pick their name and create an account. 6. Your dashboard shows how many players already have an account. A player without an account is marked No account yet in the list. Is a player missing from the list? Add them to the team first. What does a player see after signing up? The player sees the team's matches and receives the clips you share with them. If you remove a player from the team, they keep their account and everything already shared. They no longer see new matches of the team.
Set up your team
As the subscription owner or club admin you manage your teams in My Club. Add your players to the team first. They then pick their own name when they sign up. Add players 1. Click My Club in the menu and pick your team. 2. Under Players, click Add players. 3. Enter each player's First name and Last name. Tick Keeper for a goalkeeper. 4. Click Add another for the next player. With Paste a list you add a whole list at once, one player per line. 5. Click the button at the bottom to add the players. You see how many places you have left. If none are left, first remove someone from a team on the same subscription. Are your players in? Invite them with the team link. Read "Invite players to your team" for the steps. Add coaches 1. Under Coaches, click Add coach. 2. Enter the coach's name and email address. 3. Tick SmartCoach access if the coach will analyse in SmartCoach. 4. Click Add. A new coach gets an invite by email. Until the coach logs in, the status is Pending. If the coach already has an account, they are linked to the team straight away. Click a coach to change SmartCoach access or Can upload videos. Has the invite gone missing? Pick Resend invite in the menu next to the coach.
