You share matches, analyses, playlists and panels with the players, coaches and teams you work with. What the recipient gets depends on what you share.

## Share a match

1. Open the match and click **Share**.
2. You see your teams with their players and coaches. Tick a whole team or pick individual people.
3. Looking for someone? Type in **Search players and coaches...**.
4. Click **Close**. Changes are saved automatically.

Anyone with access sees the match and can analyse it themselves. For parents without an account, **Share public link** creates a link anyone can use to watch the match.

## Share an analysis

1. Open the analysis in SmartCoach and click **Share**.
2. Find the recipient under **Search a player, team or coach**.
3. For a coach, choose **View** or **Edit**.
4. Click **Share**.

With an individual analysis, the player gets the clips as actions in Smart11. A team gets the clips as match filters. If you change the analysis later, **Update** puts the new clips in the match filters.

To share single clips with players, read [Share clips with players](share-clips-with-players).

## Share a playlist

1. Open the playlist and choose **Share** in the menu.
2. Search for a user or team.
3. Choose **View**, **Edit**, **Create Copy** or **Copy (without reviews)**.
4. Click **Share**.

With a copy, the recipient gets a playlist of their own. What they change in it does not change your playlist.

## Share a panel with a coach

1. Open the panel in SmartCoach and choose **Share** in the menu.
2. Search for a user or team.
3. Choose **View** or **Edit** and click **Share**.

## Make a panel available to your players

As a club admin, you decide which panels your club's players analyse with.

1. Go to **My Club**.
2. Find the panel under **Panels for players**.
3. Open the panel's menu and choose **Share with club**.

Want players to stop using the panel? Choose **Unshare**.

## View or edit

- **View**: the recipient sees the item and can use it, but cannot change it.
- **Edit**: the recipient can also change the item.

To revoke access, use **Remove access** next to the name in the same window.
