## I forgot my password

1. On the login page, click **Forgot password?**. This works in the browser and in the app.
2. Enter your email address and click **Send me a reset link**.
3. Open the link in the email and set a new password.

Do you sign in with Google or Apple? Then use that button on the login page.

## I do not remember which email address I signed up with

Email support@smart11.ai. We will look up your account for you.

## I cannot see my matches

If you play in a team, your coach adds the matches for you. You get a notification as soon as a new match is ready. Missing a match? Ask your coach whether the match is linked to your team.

If you upload yourself, you see the match as soon as the video is processed.
